I LOVE UNION SQUARE!!

Today was a funny day. My friend and I went to the city and was laughing the entire time. I wish every day was like that.

I have noticed that I have been buying things a lot lately. I need to get control again and pay attention to what I am doing. I might have to start documenting on here again.

I'm not using credit, just my debit card, but still.........

This was a great weekend. We went to the Cartier exhibit and looked at diamonds, rubies and sapphires. We got to drive by the beach and see waves that were HUGE!

Today my friend and I went to breakfast and sat outside, enjoying the time with friends and my dog.

I bought some earrings at TJ Maxx for next to nothing.

It was a great weekend!

On Valentine's Day my husband brought me a dozen roses, a huge martini glass filled with candy and teddy bears. It was so nice.

Some people are really getting on my nerves though. I don't know why I put up with a lot of the things I put up with. I am such a wuss. I have no backbone.

That's about it. It was a great weekend and I am glad to be relaxing at home now. I love where I live and feel very blessed to have family. Even though my family is very small, the family I do have rocks!

I was on my way to work and I saw a dead black kitty on the side of the road. As I was approaching it I said out loud "Oh.....that poor kitty." I got tears in my eyes.

As I pass I get a good look and realize I just almost cried over a black baseball cap.

I'm such a doof!

Has that ever happened to you? You totally see something in the road and it ends up being something completely different?

TIME for an update......haha!

I know it is a little late, but I have been busy. Or lazy. Not sure which one.

I went to see "The Blind Side" twice and it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long long time. My friend, Neslim, and I kept watching Sandra in almost every scene wearing the watch (shown in the last post). I am not one that would have thought I would like a white watch, but I fell in love with it. I almost always wear black and didn't think it would match, but let me tell you I wouldn't have cared. So started the mission.......

I googled "The Blind Side Sandra Bullock White Watch" and was surprised to see hundreds of people posting the same thing. My eyes bugged out when I saw they said it was a Chanel J12!

I was going to just say forget it. But then, watching You Tube videos and interviews with Leigh Anne Tuohy I found out it was a Toy Watch

But as you can see, it is sold out. It has been sold out forever!

Every day I would go online and see if it is available. Nope.....uh no......not yet.....still out of stock. So irritating. Then I went to eBay and there was one but they were selling it for double the price!

Every day looking.

Every day nothing.

Then one day I googled it again and it showed there were 3 available at a jewelry store in Manhattan. Since it wasn't the Toy Watch website, I checked the company and they were not only legit, but had amazing ratings. I was so excited! I click on it to buy it and it was mine!

I then click on the site again and it said THEY ARE SOLD OUT AGAIN! They sold out in, like 10 minutes! I couldn't believe it!

Everyone wants this watch! It was unbelievable.

I emailed the company and he said he would overnight it to me and mailed it that day! I ordered it on Friday and I got it on Monday! And it was everything I had hoped it would be.

The sparkle is incredible and it looks like ceramic, but without the weight. The numbers are crystals. It is such a gorgeous watch and SO ME!!

The size is perfect. It has the date, which I LOVE, I love the name of the watch, I love that it is in a movie I LOVE, I love that the main character is real and her name is Leigh Anne. THIS WATCH, FOR ME, IS LOVE-LY!!

So, if you are looking for a new watch, this one is wonderful. But you will have to work for it. It is not easy to find. But when you do get it, you will enjoy it like nothing else! (well, maybe going to Hawaii to see my sister would be better, but this comes a close second!)

And it is $6,000 less than the Cartier and you can't tell me that they don't looks almost exactly the same!

I can't believe no one figured it out. If you saw this movie you would know why I wanted this. Now SOMEONE tell me what I bought so I can tell you the whole story on how I tracked it down.

Guess What I Bought From The Blind Side.....

So, this is now my favorite movie. I have seen it twice in the theater already.

It was a sign that I fell in love with what I bought. Even besides the fact that Sandra Bullock plays the real character in the movie and her name is Leigh Anne. LEIGH ANNE!!! Too cool!!

So, I am going to make you guess what it is I bought. It is shown in the movie so many times I can't count. I had to hunt it down and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. It took weeks! So watch this video and let me know what you think it is. I will give you one hint.......

It is shown in the beginning scene at the DMV and in the scene 1 min 52 seconds in. Also 2 minutes and 24 seconds in. Other scenes too, but go off those three for sure.
